DJ Scene destroy’s Robusto Room
DJ Scene put on a clinic at the Robusto Room a few weeks ago. Peter asked me to shoot this event and I couldn’t wait to check out what he would lay down. He destroyed his set with mashups from all genres. If you missed this show, you truly missed out. The dance floor was packed, the booty’s where shaking and everyone really enjoyed themselves.
Sub Urban at Robusto Room
So the first event of “Sub Urban” took place this past weekend at the Robusto Room. Rock Star Industries Inc was there knocking out hair, BC surf and sport was also present handing out new skate decks (I actually got one, thanks a million). One great thing about shooting Peter’s events is, I get to pretty much do whatever I want in post production. It always gives me a chance to try different techniques and be a little bit more radical. These are some of my favorites from the event.
Young Professionals Network
I shot an event for Y.P.N “Young Professional Network”, presented by Brownstein | Hyatt | Farber | Schreck. It was in an awesome venue Downtown. There was a huge roof/balcony area which had a great view and since it was a lovely evening, most people stayed outside. The owners are looking to lease the space, so it had a cool unfinished ambiance inside. I had a wonderful time and got some great shots.
